Software
development processes in InnoInco’s
Development
Centers are fully comply with
ISO 9001:2000 standards, and some
Development Centers are certified
against the requirements of SEI
SW-CMM and SEI CMMI SW/SE up to
Level 4.
A tailored version of IBM RUP
(Rational Unified Process) is
considered to be the underlying
project methodology in InnoInco’s
Development
Centers. Some centers combine
RUP with the MSF
(Microsoft Solution Framework)
model.
The methodology based on RUP captures
many of the best practices of
software development including
developing
software iteratively, managing
requirements, using component-based
architectures, continuously verifying
software quality
and controlling changes to software.
This disciplined approach to development
ensures the production of high
quality software that meets
the needs of its end users within
a predictable schedule and budget.
Some Development
Centers at InnoInco’s adopted
an Agile Project
Management Methodology. It is
based on SCRUM
and incorporates many XP (extreme
programming) practices concerning
the development and testing procedures.
