System for Business Negotiations Process Automation

Developed software that helps mediator company to gather out-of-network claims from TPA and performs automation of negotiations between medical service providers and specific organizations interested in buying claims with a discount.

Challenge
We were required to create a web-based application to perform a negotiations process automation.

Solution
The web application we developed performs automation of negotiation process between doctors (providers) and special organizations interested in buying claims from doctors with a discount. The primary functions of the system were:

• to provide automated workplace with negotiator to work with maximum efficiency
• to effectively collect, route, process and distribute data (like claims, letters, faxes) coming in and out from different sources (like TPAs, claim exchange networks, doctors’ unions and providers)
• to provide all interested participants (TPAs, negotiators) with all necessary reports
