On the corporate level, we use the following communications tools:
  • E-mail
  • Mobile and fixed phones
  • Department and corporate meetings
  • Shared secure LAN with VPN access
  • Corporate Intranet

On the project level, the following communications tools are employed to ensure coordinated collaboration of distributed teams:
  • MS Project Server (based on SharePoint portal): shared information on main project management activities (Project Plan, Project Issues, Project Risks, Distributed Documents, Discussions, etc.)
    This portal ensures overall effectiveness of development process, execution control, communication between departments, and increases overall level of service to our clients. This portal is secured by our firewall and internal security tools that ensure safe information flow within the portal
  • Issue Management Tools (StarTeam, JIRA, and other)
  • Configuration Management tools with Remote access add-ons (MS VSS + SourceOfSite); distributed development (collaborative using of source code) and other tools
